“Declare & Decree – A Clarion Call” is a unique Bible reading movement! The entire Bible will be read aloud in EVERY county in Ohio in ONE day! We launched this project Saturday, April 16th, 2022 and had another one on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022. We will continue to have 2 readings every year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. Mark your calendar for our next Declare & Decree – A Clarion Call Bible Reading that will be on Wednesday, April 12th 2023 & Sunday, October 8th 2023! Our Bible Reading in October 2022 included 8 states that joined Ohio. The MOVEMENT is in motion across the Nation!

Why does reading the entire Bible aloud matter? There is nothing more powerful than the Living Word of God! His word never returns void, it’s sharper than any two-edged sword, and His word spoken aloud shifts atmospheres and changes things.

How will it be done? In Ohio we have 88 counties, each county has a County Captain responsible for finding 52 people to read portions of the Scriptures aloud. Each assignment will take approximately 2 hours and the readers will have from 8 am – 8 pm to accomplish their reading. This simple pattern will be modeled in every state in America until our nation is saturated with the declaring of the Word of God aloud!

VISION:

To Declare and Decree the entire Bible aloud in every county of every state in one day.

PURPOSE:

To shift the atmosphere and to stir the hunger for God’s Word.

GOAL:

“Declare & Decree – A Clarion Call” to begin in OHIO and spread throughout America to every county of every state, and even to the nations!

Who should be involved? Anyone and everyone who has a desire to participate, and is willing to read their full portion aloud between the designated hours of 8 AM to 8 PM.

Where do we read? Any place you want – in person, on a zoom call, conference call, with a group, by yourself, with a spouse, as a family, etc. You can read all in one sitting or break up the time. As long as you read ALL of your portion within the 12 hour time frame!

TOGETHER we will shift the atmosphere as this epic movement changes the State of Ohio and ultimately the nation as God’s Word is spoken! The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the Word of our God stands forever!
